Health Improvement Practitioner
Kara Wilcox studied at the University of Gloucestershire for 4 years, gaining a Bachelor’s Degree in Sport and Exercise Science focusing on Psychology of Sport and Physical Activity, alongside Nutrition and Dietetics. Following this she continued to graduate with a Master’s Degree in Physical Activity and Public Health. With previous experience working within Healthy Weight Management and Behaviour Change, Kara is now offering consultations as a Health Improvement Practitioner.
Kara takes a holistic approach to providing advice and help with Healthy Weight Management, Lifestyle and Behavioural Changes to improve overall health and well-being, Physical Activity and Exercise Motivation and Nutritional Support. Kara’s friendly yet professional approach, aims to help individuals comfortably make lifestyle changes that will benefit their health and well-being for the long term.
Kara is currently available on a Thursday Morning.
